RETURN POLICY

PLEASE RETURN ALL ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND, OR WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT.  IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO SPECIFIC PRODUCT CATEGORIES:

Shoes & Ski/Snowboard Boots:

• Shoes/boots must be unworn and in new condition and in the original undamaged box.

• Once the shoes/boots have been worn for anything other than a try-on period at home they cannot be returned.

• Before you wear your new shoes/boots outside try them on inside to be sure they fit properly.

Clothing & Outerwear:

• Clothing must be unworn and in new condition, with original packing intact (hang tags).

• Worn clothing is not returnable.

ALL Rentals:

• Once paid for, seasonal rentals are not returnable. However, if you call or come in within 24 hours of initially renting them, all but a $20 service charge will be refunded.

• Daily Rentals are not returnable under any circumstance if they are set up.  If not, all but a $10 service fee will be refunded.

Skateboards/Vew-do Boards:

• Skateboards/Vew-do boards must be unused without grip tape, and never had trucks installed, and also in original shrink wrap.

• Once a skateboard has been used, it cannot be returned.

Snowboards/Skis:

• Snowboards must be unused, in the original packing and in new condition.

• Once bindings have been installed on a board or pair of skis, the product is not returnable.

Videos:

• Videos must be unopened and in original packing.
